I am a real estate appraiser and consultant located near Asheville in Weaverville, North Carolina. I hold the MAI and SRPA appraiser designations from the Appraisal Institute and am a North Carolina State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. I have worked for nearly 50 years in the real estate appraisal business in Asheville and was a founding partner with Duckworth, Jacobs, Naeger, Swicegood and Thrash, LLC formed in 1982 and the oldest real estate appraisal firm in western North Carolina. My service area covers all of Buncombe County and most of the nearby counties in western North Carolina. |
